Micro-volume measurement
- BioDrop is launching two instruments with micro-volume capacities. The new BioDropμLITE and BioDrop DUO are UV/VIS spectrophotometers which are specially designed for micro-volume measurements.
- Both instruments have a unique built-in sample port with best-in-class dsDNA detection limit of just 1ng/μL. Both instruments have unparalleled ease of use with a high resolution colour touch scCUVETTE 125reen, on board and PC-software as well as elegant streamline design that fits on a benchtop.
- The BioDrop DUO also comes with a standard 10nm cuvette holder for conventional spectroscopy for use with the BioDrop CUVETTE 125 for extended micro-volume capabilities.

How to use BioDrop CUVETTE 125 / BioDrop CUVETTE 500
- Open BioDrop CUVETTE by removal of upper part
- Add small drop of blank or sample onto the center of sample chamber
- Put the upper part back; magnet will help perfectly in place
- Put BioDrop CUVETTE to measure
- Clean the BioDrop CUVETTE with tissue towel after measurement

Software
ADAP 2.0 Basic Software
Supplied as standard with the Biochrom Anthos Zenyth 340.
ADAP 2.0 Basic can be used to control all mechanical functions of the microplate reader including the plate transporter, filter selection and calibration as well as endpoint, kinetic and multi-wavelength measurements. It also controls the reader to obtain single or dual wavelength, endpoint and kinetic measurements and allows for easy export into Microsoft Excel.
ADAP 2.0 Basic allows user access at different authorizations levels allowing users to work within FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliance.
ADAP 2.0 Plus Software
Additional integrated analytical capabilities:
